Bob Sellers, longtime CFO of the Diocese of Birmingham, is retiring at the end of the year. Retirement parties aren't normal for the diocese, but diocesan auditor, Ryan Yeager, is putting one together. Evidently, Bob is a big music fan, particularly of the Beatles, so Ryan asked if the POP band would do a Beatles show at the party for Bob.

There are a lot of songs in the Main Setlist - all of them from various Beatles eras. Selections and order aren't completely settled until we've worked through the show.
If something in the Main Setlist doesn't work or just want to add / switch up, there are other pieces in the Beatles Other List and Other Artist List as ideas that could be pulled in. For now, though, focus on the Main Setlist.
Here's the way it's designed to work:
The opening set is the "Bob Medley" of 5 songs (with *) that will run back to back, with only a beat pause between them. Might not all be the full songs and we'll work that and the transitions out, together.
There are a couple of ways we could take the end of the show and will depend on how the songs fit best with the band.
We're not trying to be a Beatles cover band and can put our own spin on songs - but full re-interpretations should be sparse.

The Google Doc below shows initial ideas on how we might split vocal parts, guitars and keys. As we make decisions in walkthroughs / rehearsals, I'll update. If you want to dowload the document, you should be able to click anywhere to open it.
If any date doesn't work for you, just shoot Donald a text or email.
Most of the "sectionals" are walkthroughs to make decisions on parts, clarify intos / outros, etc.
We might try some actual rehearsals online, through JackTrip.com.
Please let me know if you need directions to Don's house for in-person rehearsals
